Full moon soundscapes are expansive, illuminating, and reflective — made for unraveling, for being with what is.
New moon mixes invite us to reset, to root, to begin again.

This is an Urban Forest project led by Marius Våreid, with upcoming mixes contributed by artists whose presence and sound resonate with the deeper current of the initiative — voices that move with intention and feeling.

Estephanie Rose is a first generation Peruvian American, who grew up in a family full of music and movement. As a sound artist, Estephanie Rose plays over 15 instruments, taking participants through an immersive meditative sonic journey. She understands movement as medicine, whether it’s of the body, breath, emotion or sound waves.
