While we cannot always control which emotions arise, we can master how we respond to them. The second chakra teaches us that emotions are like water—they are meant to flow. When we try to suppress or resist them, they can become stagnant, causing tension and discomfort. When we allow them to flow, we are able to feel deeply without getting stuck in the feeling. Mastering Emotional Flow, Day 5: "The Quiet Revolution" meditation series

Heute entscheiden wir uns, dass keine Egogedanken unsere Worte oder Handlungen bestimmen. Tauchen solche Gedanken auf, halten wir kurz inne, treten innerlich einen Schritt zurück und beobachten sie. Dann lassen wir sie einfach ziehen. Wir wollen nicht, was diese Gedanken mit sich bringen. Unruhe, Angriff, Trennung und wählen deshalb, sie nicht festzuhalten.So kommt Stille in uns. In dieser Stille, die von Gottes Liebe getragen wird, können wir seine leise Stimme hören. Sie erinnert uns an unseren wahren Willen und daran, dass wir eins mit ihm sind.

Stress isn’t just “in your head”—it changes your biology. It depletes nutrients like magnesium, vitamin C, B vitamins, and zinc, and keeps your body in survival mode. Supplements can help, but they won’t heal you if the root cause—stress—remains.
