Fragile Suicide

The death of a family member or loved one by suicide is a devastating loss. Family members often ask themselves: why, what did we miss, and how do we put the pieces of our lives back together? For those in friendship or community circles, offering thoughts and prayers is not enough. There is the personal challenge of balancing one’s own sense of loss with questions of how to support others.

Presenters Maureen Underwood and Marney Rohda will address these issues and provide their perspective garnered from decades of experience in the field of healing after traumatic loss.

Offering Support After Loss Due to Suicide

This song was basically a challenge and personal to me. Someone said I couldn’t make a good song about suicide so I tried my best to, and I think the results are pretty damn good :) . I mainly like to open up about my depression through music it’s just comfortable for me.
Sometimes I don’t want to be saved from depression and sometimes I do 🤷‍♂️. But at the time of writing this song I was VERY depressed and in my room crying about a certain event. Then this masterpiece came to life through a lot of tears and suicidal laughter.

One day I got REALLY depressed then it all went away and I was stuck with this empty feeling. Now the feeling usually comes around a lot. I remember before this feeling never existed and I hated it for a while because of how it made me feel. So I let out cries for help like this song hoping to get love and support. Also I hope people find comfort in me talking about my problems, so much that it makes them comfortable enough to talk about theirs.

Falling Apart

Basically I consider myself part of a crew of outcasts who have bad habits which really make them appear ugly. In reality we’re cool people but don’t always think like that due to depression, drugs and other self made choices. We only got ourselves to blame 🤷‍♂️.
