Empowering entrepreneurs in Northern Ireland

For this episode, we’re joined by Luis Lancos, founder and CEO of Data Whisper, which develops safe and compliant AI solutions for regulated organisations.

Luis shares his story about what inspired him to become an entrepreneur – from working for a small consultancy and creating one of the first apps of its kind on the market, to a change of career to financial services.

Luis discusses his journey as a new founder in a fast-moving industry with intense competition, and how the customer is central to the success and growth of his business. Hear why he reached out to investors who he knew wouldn’t be interested in his product anyway and what he learnt from the experience.

Finally, Luis speaks about the importance of co-founders, what the future holds and what tips he’d give anyone thinking of starting their own business.
