Apologies to my loyal listeners for the delayed upload, May was full of surprises. That said, I’m back with another episode of Pure Grooves.

Trance has always been my favorite genre, but over the past 3–4 years, I’ve noticed too many big names and newcomers leaning on recycled melodies and cookie-cutter remixes of classics. So I started digging deeper for tracks that still carry the ethos that made me fall in love with trance in the first place.

This mix is my interpretation of modern trance, running hot at 150–160 BPMs to match the rising summer heat.

“Rootborne Radiance” grows out of subterranean pulses and ascends into a radiant progressive journey. The track opens with grounded basslines and earthy textures, then gradually layers hypnotic leads, shifting percussive accents, and subtle psychedelic detailing. The narrative alternates between restrained meditative passages and luminous climaxes, balancing the organic and the synthetic. A transitional piece that deepens the continuity of the album.

Rootborne Radiance

A slow descent into recollection. Built on a steady progressive pulse, “Submergence in Memories” drifts through underwater pads, grainy echoes, and gently shifting percussive patterns. Bass anchors the dive while the mids bloom in waves—short swells of color, brief dissolves, then a deeper pull back down. The piece favors continuity over impact, letting textures carry the emotion and leaving room for the next chapter to surface.
