Do you stay up too late watching TV? Does the mindless aim of doomscrolling keep you up at night? Is your passive, slightly annoying nighttime ritual important to you? Well look no further than this soundscape to help you pass the time into a restful sleep that will hopefully, maybe get you through the next day. 

Throughout my life, I've always been very invested in my nighttime ritual, however silly it may sound. Rest has been and always will be very important to the human body and soul. However you like to decompress and relax is very important to keep a healthy lifestyle. In my case, entertainment and stimulation is important to my nighttime resting activities. Though its not entirely healthy to spend my hours before bed on my phone, it works for me and my ritual. Nighttime has always been very important to me. Late hours help me decompress, reevaluate, and recount the day I had before and prepare for my rest to help me recount the day after 24 hours into the future.

Every human is unique and yet in this day and age, more similar to each other than you'd think. How does this soundscape make you feel? How does it relate to your final moments before sleep? Do you feel peaceful with this or on edge? However unique your nighttime routine may be, take a step into my own mini-nighttime soundscape and may it let you potentially decompress and reevaluate, just as it does for me.
