Run for Freedom is an album that feels like stepping into a future city built on neon light, steel reflections and the pulse of something deeply human beneath the machinery. It carries a cyberpunk glow, but with warmth inside it, a sense of movement and destiny. The tracks blend straight driving rhythms, heavy synth bass, cinematic tension and s deep low voice that sounds carved out of concrete and night air.

I am a professional composer and producer with over 20 years of experience in music and sound, and I have always been passionate about sharing emotions through melodies, harmonies, and stories.

Over the years, I have worked in many different genres and collaborated on projects for film, video games, and other artistic worlds. But lately, my heart has been drawn more and more towards spiritual themes, and I have discovered a deep personal and artistic interest in Christian music.

This new album [Il Grande Piano di Dio] is much more than a collection of songs, it is an autobiographical revelation.

Through these tracks, I share the most intimate part of my faith journey: moments of doubt and discovery, the daily surprises that life brings, and the inspiration I find in my family and in the world around me. Each song is a reflection of my experiences and my desire to unite the rational side of life with the spiritual dimension.

In these songs, I open my heart and invite listeners to join me as I explore questions of meaning, hope, and the longing for something greater than ourselves.

MICHAEL BRAUN is an award-winning narrator of over 200 titles in genres ranging from literary fiction to non-fiction, thrillers, science fiction and young adult.  He has had the pleasure of narrating for numerous New York Times bestselling authors. He can be seen in the films The Tender Bar directed by George Clooney (based on the memoirs of J.R. Moehringer), The Courtroom directed by Lee Sunday Evans, and Deep Water directed by Adrian Lyne (based on the Patricia Highsmith novel of the same name) and as the lead in Troy which recently premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, and many others. He has appeared in many shows on the small screen including the third season of "The Sinner," and recently played EJ on the fifth and final season of Showtime’s “The Affair” opposite Anna Paquin. 

He has appeared on Broadway in The Crucible directed by Ivo Van Hove, War Horse at Lincoln Center as well as The Bridge Project: Winter’s Tale/Cherry Orchard, directed by Sam Mendes at BAM and the Old Vic in London. He has originated roles in the work of 2025 Pulitzer Prize winner Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, Tom Stoppard and the first and only NY revival of Suzan Lori-Parks’ In The Blood.  Other New York theater credits include shows at The Signature Theater, The Public Theater and Second Stage as well as theaters across the country.  Television credits include: "Succession," “The Night Of,” “High Maintenance,” “Mozart in the Jungle,” “Dickinson” and many others.

He received his MFA from the Yale School of Drama where he won the Herschel Williams Prize for Acting and is the recipient of a Princess Grace Award.
