Limbo is the intro, where each soul's limbs float as winds blow
Skins froze and wrists cold, lips sewn and singed throats until those

Seen below, it's Cicero and Plato it's Diablo on the king's throne, so I sit close

Gluttony, tumbled deep, I'm underneath, huddled heat, crushed debris, smothers me
Struggling to huff and breathe, muffled breeze, muttered pleas, fumbled speech
Stomach screams hungrily, tummy bleeds bloodily, none to feed, none to eat
Nothing clean, something reeks, pungent stinks, buzzing near dung and pee
Blunt disease, drunken feast, fungal tea and mustard greens with tons of grease
Chunks of meat, mutton sheep, mutts unleashed, dogs in three, ugly beasts
Upper teeth, sunken spleen, stuck between cutlery suddenly, thunder shrieks
Utterly, floods increase, puddles leak, stuck in sleet, struck with grief, judged and deemed

Wrath is that wretched path which hath trapped the mad and damned with tattered flags
Who attack, lash, clash and crash, smash, slash, hack or whack, gnash, thrash, gash and bash
With battered bats and jagged staffs, shattered pacts get ransacked, with rancid rats and
Rabid bats, their backs are cracked, snapped in half, scalps are scalped and collapse in scraps
Scratch their calves but hands are stabbed, no chance to ask, no laughs or gasps
No breath to catch, they stand aghast, their masks intact but detached and snatched
Grappled fast, staggered grasp, dragged off track, manic aftermath, magic blast
Blackened craft, drenched in ash from splattered splash, brackish baths, no raft to pass

Heresy is endless heat of blasphemy and agony, a masterpiece of casualties
Catastrophes and tragedies, no strategies or amnesty, no way to see I had to flee
Clenched concrete, cemented sleep, entrenched deceit, I'm stretched too deep
Effigies and cemeteries, dead belief, depths unseen, memories, in jeopardy
Left to bleed, not meant to be, wrecked rapidly but dared to speak, wept wearily

Rings of Fire

Today we were all treated to some awesome, and slightly sad, screenshots of what was likely going to be Evening Star's next journey with Classic Sonic. After seeing this and thinking 'god damn that's pretty' (+ "why couldn't this have been a finished game :c") I opened up FL, put down some chords and steadily canyon-jumped myself to this end result which I'm extremely proud of.

I rarely post originals, as I rarely do ever create them; not enough motivation to do so at the moment, but when I create them I'm reminded of the potential I believe I have, and my dream which is to work alongside the talented people who create these games, and others who create music for them. I hope with one day, enough work and determination, that dream can become a reality of mine.

Also, no less than 5 minutes after posting it, Tee shared the actual music he wrote back when this was a real demo that Evening Star were making, which motivated me to move on to mixing mine so I could share this with you all.
