Are we not a society that chooses the best candidates to be placed in powerful posts of influence?  To ensure they speak for the all Americans. Or are we a society where the rich and powerful few desperately try to hang onto power using pawns and manipulation what we see and hear. Regardless of what you think of any political candidate the engineers of the U.S. constitution saw this coming. They tried there best to protect us from those who would hold power. Kamala Harris”s rise to power seems more like a coronation rather than a convention. Someone the media openly mocked as inept is now revered as smart and savvy. Their previous puppet thrown to the wolves. You have to even feel sorry for Biden at this point. And the memory hole that is Donald Trump’s assassination attempt. Did we just skip over that?
