This is my unique recipe for making subliminals! Every subliminal made by me uses this recipe— also called a subliminal “formula”

my recipe includes:
• simple affirmations
• mix of copy/paste affirmations and themed affirmations.
• “I/me/my” + “You/your” + “We/our/us” pronouns

My recipe has two parts to it, like wet and dry ingredients! The “dry ingredients” are the base affirmations in every subliminal I make.

I focus on important aspects everyone needs. Patience, self-esteem, self-love, confidence, gratitude, abundance, anti-envy, anxiety relief, safety and protection, instant results, a limiting belief crusher, and immunity to unwanted effects.

This is the subliminal you are listening to right now. 

Its affirmations include:

• We radiate gratitude
• Everything works in my favor

There are 408 unique affirmations in this subliminal. All of them are 100% safe, and free of negative connotations like “don’t”, “no”, and “can’t”, etc. 

Each affirmation is easy to understand and free of unnecessary words. This way they penetrate your subconscious even easier! They are sped up at various speeds, like x2, x6 and x100, and repeated throughout the entire sub.

The “wet ingredients” are affirmations unique to each subliminal.  A wealth increase subliminal will have wealth themed affirmations like “Money flows to me easily” while a reality shifting subliminal will have shifting themed affirms like “You are in your desired reality”, and so on.
