Introduction to the Food: A Love Story Daily Meditation

I had this story of this amazing client. He came to me with a health challenge, and he wanted his energy and his health back on track. He really wanted a different circumstance in his life. He was a very powerful attorney, and I said, “Let’s find what you’re here to do.” &nbsp; As we worked through the health challenge, relationship things, financial stability, and energetic alignment, he was able to locate what he’s truly here to do. He had been doing that for quite some time, and one of the things that happens when people have been living their purpose for a while is the idea of complacency — the desire to just be comfortable and have things work without any issues or surprises. &nbsp; One New Year’s Day, I got a call from him. He said, “Please, please, please, we need to reconnect. Something’s going on.” When we reconnected, what we uncovered was that he was opting out. He had gotten done with being here and living his purpose. That can happen. Sometimes, after we’ve conquered what we set out to do, the drive changes. Maybe things are just moving along, and you’ve said yes to things you shouldn’t have. He had done a bunch of that. &nbsp; When we get complacent, we start to look for escape routes. We might want to run around the country in an RV, travel the world, or just find ways to escape — through food, distractions, or other means. But what has to happen is that every day, the muscle of choice has to come into play. It’s easy to get complacent, especially after the kids are grown and you’ve been doing what you’ve been doing for a while. You might unconsciously sabotage yourself just to find a new, non-complacent way to get back into the fight. &nbsp; So, think about this: are you being complacent about something — in your business, around your business, or in your life? It often shows up through a health challenge. We get complacent, our health drops from where it used to be, we eat the wrong foods, make poor choices, or slide down that slippery slope. &nbsp; Be aware of the complacency syndrome. Be aware of the tendency to opt out and quit. The energy that comes with that brings what I call little deaths — little deaths of vision, momentum, energy, cells, the brain, and expansion. &nbsp; Tap back into your curiosity. If you need help, reach out — I’ll help you revision and get back on track. You are worth it. What you have in your heart is worth it. Breaking My Addiction

I was recently with a group that got me thinking about all of you and how we get into habits—habits that are so comfortable we don’t even notice them. We get into habitual thinking and habitual energy. Habitual energy is something that spins and spins, and we don’t break free from it very often. We also develop habitual ways of allowing ourselves to get away with less than what we’re truly capable of. &nbsp; Our habits aren’t just mental or learned—they’re energetic. Every time you’re around a group of people who are elevated, striving, and pushing forward, it elevates your energy too. And it can elevate your habits, as long as you implement those shifts right away. &nbsp; But here’s the thing—your existing habits often want to keep you where you are. Maybe you eat a lot of sugar, and it’s easy to eat more but not easy to stop. Or maybe you want to eat better, but you check out mentally or emotionally, and the old habit kicks in—you eat what’s comfortable and familiar. &nbsp; Our habits live in our energy. When you go to a new place or join a mastermind or energy training—like the ones we host a few times a year—it helps dislodge those stuck patterns and lift you to another level. &nbsp; Here at Siobhan Moran Land—or Epic Life Land, whatever you want to call it—we do the “woo woo” and the “moola.” Together, that makes “Woolah.” The Woolah habit is about blending the spiritual and the practical and focusing on one thing—the one thing that will move the needle for many other things. &nbsp; That one habit shift can be more powerful than trying to change everything at once. Because when you try to change it all, you risk falling into trauma, paralysis, or procrastination. &nbsp; So shake things up. Take a trip. Interact with new people. Do things that are a little uncomfortable. Drive in a different direction. Change the habit, change the result. Change the idea, change the energy. Energy and mindset are two separate elements of who you are and how you operate. They’re not parts of you—they’re distinct forces. Your energy informs your mind and creates grooves in it, patterns that become set over time. So when you’re trying to take that next leap or move to the next level, your energy actually matters more than your mind. &nbsp; What most people do is dig into the problem—analyzing it, unraveling it, turning it over again and again. But in doing that, you’re just digging into problem energy, which only magnifies the problem. Sound familiar? &nbsp; Energy can create chaos, or it can create freedom. It can give you the highs and lows, or what I call the upward-trending cycle of success. When you want to scale—whether it’s an idea, your finances, your relationships, your health, or even your spirituality—it requires a different energy waveform. Some call it frequency, but it’s more than that. It’s a tone, a texture, a color, a shape—it even has a scent. &nbsp; So, what energy are you putting out into your desire to reach the next level? That’s the key question. If you’re not dealing with your energy, then step into potentiality. Step into allowing. Step into the opportunity of what’s possible on the other side. &nbsp; Because if you keep staring at the problem—the word, the hook, the difficulty—you’re just feeding it. This is the work I do with people: I help you find the sticky point faster, so you can get free from it. But if you’re working through this on your own, take a moment to allow. Breathe. Sit. Put your hand on your heart. Slow down for a second. &nbsp; When you’re a high achiever, you go for success with intensity. But sometimes that very ferocity meets your problem head-on and amplifies it. So take a breath. Your energy matters—it’s like a pebble in a pond. It ripples outward, magnifies, and reflects back through the people and experiences around you. &nbsp; Be aware. Sit with your hand on your heart. Don’t just meditate—meditate from your heart. Not from your head, not from your will or focus, but from your heart. Because your heart is your other head. People say the gut is your second brain, but truly, your heart is your other mind. &nbsp; When your heart gets on track, magnetism happens—for you, around you, with you, and inside you. And sometimes you need a hand up with that—and that’s okay. You don’t have to do it alone. We’re taught to, but energy needs a witness. Ep 443: How Money Vibes Matter

I talk with a lot of folks regularly, and two recent conversations got me thinking about how people view wealth and expansion. Some say they want to get to billions of dollars, others feel that’s way too much responsibility, and then there are those who simply say, “I want to be limitless.” &nbsp; As I was getting ready to record this, I noticed this little Charlie Munger plush doll I picked up at the Berkshire Hathaway meeting. I remember seeing a line of about a hundred people waiting to buy these things, and I thought, what on earth? But it made me realize something—billions is not just a number. It’s an energy. It’s the energy of expansion. &nbsp; Many people don’t actually want to expand that big, while others do—but can’t get out of their own way. The truth is, it’s not about the billions of dollars. It’s about the billions of possibilities, the expansiveness, the energy you tap into when you think that big. &nbsp; I remember being at a women’s entrepreneur event and listening to a woman speak who had achieved billions in sales. It got me thinking deeply about this idea of billions. Back when I was helping companies grow, scale, and get sold—handling everything from strategy to sales—we once did a deal with a company worth $22 billion. At the time, it sounded like a huge number, but not impossible. My thought was simply, let’s go serve these people and make it happen. &nbsp; Now, after helping so many people find what they want—financially, physically, emotionally—I’ve realized that billions isn’t about money. It’s about energy. It’s an energy that expands your thinking, stretches your imagination, and shifts your mindset from limitation to possibility. &nbsp; After hearing that incredible woman’s story, I was so inspired that I immediately found a recording studio while I was still out of town and created something called “Awakening the Billionaire Mindset.” It’s an audio designed to help you tap into that billions energy—that expansiveness that helps you think and act on a much larger scale. I’ll put a link to it in the description. &nbsp; Whatever it is you desire financially, if you don’t think big enough, you’ll end up settling. You’ll hit a number, plateau, and tell yourself that’s all you’re capable of. I’ve done that myself. But to break through, you have to break something—specifically, the energy container that’s been holding you back. &nbsp; And I don’t mean breaking energy in a destructive way. I mean expanding it—cracking open the limits of what you’ve believed possible for yourself. Sometimes those limits are self-imposed, and sometimes they’re shaped by others. Either way, it’s time to awaken that billionaire blueprint inside you. We all have it. Your internal power matters. What drives you? What helps you reach that next level? What truly inspires you? I’m driving for your success—though yes, I’m parked safely because I get a lot of comments about that. And thank you for commenting. It means you’re watching, it means you’re listening. &nbsp; Your internal power is important, but your energy power is even more important. And I don’t mean coffee energy or workout energy or that kind of energy. I’m talking about the energy, the vibes, the aura you give off. That energy is essential to achieving what you’re here to achieve. If you’re not enthusiastic or excited, your energy could be so mucked up that you can’t get where you’re trying to go. &nbsp; Or you could be overwhelmed because of the mucky energy around you. Or your priorities might be off when you’re growing or building your business because your energy is out of alignment. And alignment isn’t just a fluffy idea—it’s your heart, your mind, your different energy centers, your soul energy. All of these come together. When they’re aligned, incredible things happen. I want that for you. &nbsp; To unlock that, you’re going to have to get out of your head. You need to think differently outside the problem. Get space. Do some creativity work. Get your energy work done. I have a school for that. We can help you with that. Your energy matters if you want to get where you’re going. &nbsp; If you can’t get there with calm, you’ll get there in an up-and-down manner, and that’s where the drama starts. And if you’re using AI all the time to try to take away the drama, you’re actually messing up your energy because it’s not your energy—it’s a conglomeration of other people’s thoughts. Your energy matters. &nbsp; Your internal power, your inner power, is your heart essence. It’s the thing people feel when they stand across from you—or at least I hope they can feel it. There are people who put on the face, the good-energy face, but they’re actually there for themselves, ready to take and suck life force. I’ve been around a lot of those people. Recently, I was around a bunch, and it was shocking. Their face energy said one thing, their outer energy said one thing, but when it came time to shift, that mask came right off and their true energy showed up. &nbsp; Your energy reveals so much about you. Are you authentically expressing it? Are you expressing it from your heart, from who you truly are and what you’re here to share? And in your leadership, are you doing that? &nbsp; I’m passionate about this energy thing. I’ve been doing it a long time.
