Being the first track I made in this class, vibin' is just a cute little jazzy piece I threw together based on a beat I'd already made. I called it vibin' because it utilizes a lot of vibraphone and it's nice to vibe to. That's all there really is, so I hope you all enjoy part 1 of The Music Tech Saga.

I've been working on. 
In some ways I think 
I've been trying to 
express some feelings 
about some of the youngsters 
circling about me and my crew
the true believers, 
the hopeful the faithful. 
the doomed.

I've been to many a dive bar 
where young rock and rollers 
try and express 
their love and passion for a cause 

really any ol' cause
which they know very little about
because "the music" isn't quite enough
there should be some kind of reason

and a young rock band just seems cooler
with something to believe in.
A cause, an idea, a message. 
something to chant, something to say. 

It's often the case 
that these causes defy a single catch phrase.
They become sermons wedged between 
shitty guitar riffs and rhythmic gyrations.

Gawd bless these kids 
so energetic and full of hope. 
Sleeping in vans, taking to the road
firm in their conviction 
that just the right combination 
of skill and passion 
will bring about a better world
with bit of good old fame
and fortune along the way.

Consider this song Salsafied! I got the idea to cover this track with a salsa vibe but I was limited with my samples. I wasn't happy with the different chord progression at first, but it really has grown on me. I may change it down the road but am more than happy grooving to this for the time being. Thinks Digital Hardcore is the peak of music, you can't make him think otherwise.

Probably the inventor of the term "Violent Lo-Fi". Meaning the older "Lofi-esque" style of digital hardcore breakbeat soundtracks. Imagine artists/bands like Ec8or (Eradicator) and Christoph De Babalon (a lot of DHR falls into this category lol).

I love exploring samples, composing, singing, and playing instruments like the flute, piano, and didgeridoo—always seeking out sounds that inspire me.
Since I began learning dance styles such as salsa, bachata, and zouk, my music has been deeply influenced by their rhythms, beats, and tempos. This fusion continues to fuel my artistic journey in exciting ways.
It’s very important to note that my songs are works in progress. I do the best I can with the limited time I have, so currently, each song is posted “AS IS”! Trust me, I hear all the imperfections..😒 My hope is to someday carve out more time and resources to polish and refine these tracks, so they can truly align with my original vision 😊.
