Time to get legitimate... Hi, my name is Korbyn Blatz, an artist who makes Alternative Hip-Hop, but I'm always willing to make anything that's out of my comfort-zone... songs I've done like "RUN IT" (because I screamed in this one) or like this [UPCOMING] album "Call the Locksmith" is where I really went and stepped out of my comfort zone and it's where I really got creative with an Idea that just really sticks to me as a human being. I'm driven by trauma and rapping it out really puts me at ease with the everyday struggle of getting my life straight. Now I'm really thinking about taking it to the next step here soon but that takes a lot of time and a lot of money to get where I need to be at this point and yes...I'm working on it. A bigger discography is on way for TMG.oK and a local show to come with it (plans on that will be discussed a little after when the album drops). I was born and raised in Wabash, IN for most of my life (2000-2014)... until I moved to Fort Wayne, IN, where I started making music right at the end of High School (2019). I had problems with the law and I was having dark time mentally so I didn't really make much(2019-2021). I gathered my thoughts and rekindled confidence with myself and got started Independently on SoundCloud with a gaming headset and my phone and went on a tirade and hustled 24 songs out the woodwork to make solid foundation...by the end of the year, things were getting good for what I had going but it just wasn't cutting it (2022). By the beginning of the year after that year, I decided to get my studio set-up with an actual microphone and a laptop to come with it. I quickly caught on to what I can do with the proper tools that are at hand and have time to work with my MIC/DAW at my own pace.
I released the "We Are Not The Same EP" and songs "CA$HBRAIN", "RUN IT", "STACKIN'", "AVP2", & "SMOKE" from my new microphone. This signifies as my OFFICIAL STARTING POINT (2023). Now, it's time to see what I can do with my creative mind and just keep making upgrades to my sound. This music is therapy to me and it helps express who I am as a person. I'd much rather spend money on music than go to ACTUAL therapy... that wouldn't be very fun and if I ever NEED to talk my problems out, I got my friends and family by my side to hear me out and give guidance with whatever it is. My whole point in doing this is about letting go of what's possibly holding me back and to get some steam up off my chest because my life wasn't that pretty and still isn't... But, I'll keep pushing on for the ones' that I trust.
