The Bennie Z EP is a six-track introduction to my entire sonic world — neon edges, stripped-back truth, 90s alternative grit, and piano-driven vocal power. Each track sits in its own lane, built with intentional contrast: ballads with teeth, midtempo snapshots, blown-out retro textures, and moments that feel like they were recorded at 2AM on purpose.

This project blends alt-pop minimalism with raw vocal focus, leaning into grainy, analog aesthetics and a storytelling style that doesn’t try to be perfect. It’s a debut on purpose — clean, direct, and centered on the voice, the lyrics, and the identity behind them.

Produced independently, shaped in real time, and released directly to listeners who like their music honest, unpolished, and human.

I started this song with the idea of creating something beautiful, sad, and melancholic. I wanted it to turn into something inspiring, like a message that says, "you can do better."

While working on the main melody, it got stuck in my head. Once I added a beat, I couldn’t imagine it any other way. Instead of going soft, I took it in the opposite direction.

The melody began to feel like it was building its own momentum. That’s where the name “Momentum” comes from. I just followed where it led. In the end, it expresses that feeling of moving forward, even when everything starts from something fragile.
