Snatcher takes on an expanded Napstablook role. Scattered through Subcon Forest are various items that, whether direct or by other means, are related to Snatcher's past. This track would play with a lil storybook-esque flashback sequence when you pick up said items, seeing as Snatcher likely wouldn’t want to have a Napstablook style “chill” session with ya for the vast majority of this AU. (The storybook pages from Purple Rifts in AHIT proper come to mind for how this sequence might be theoretically handled!)

So uhhh ye! I always kinda knew that I'd base the Chill replacement off of Time Rift Storybook, even from day one. Short and sweet, but to the point. I even implemented (and slightly adjusted/fixed) a lil improvised melody from my old "synth jam" arrangement of it! And even with all the high quality instruments that I also used in here... sometimes I just CAN'T RESIST adding in Mixcraft's default Synth Strings 3 instrument with stuff like this lmaoooo.

P.S. The "Undyne" track replacement has been deleted from this page, and is no longer canon. I don't know what the FUCK I was smoking when I did that, let alone thought it was up to snuff. A new track will be posted in its place whenever ready.

i haven't played snatcher yet but i did watch a playthrough of ground zeroes when it came out and i think that's where i fell in love with this tune
i know this is a 180 from the softboy anthem i put out but expect even less genre consistency very soon
