On the flip, 'I Hate Dreams' brings all the heat you can handle. Sub-heavy and rolling with an on point groove where you can’t stay still. The catchy vocals and intricate percussions drive forwards. It’s one of those tracks that creeps in and holds the room — perfect for building tension or flipping the energy mid-set.

Welcome Home beim SUBGROUND TALK, unserem Podcast für die elektronische Musikszene!

Für Folge #29 hat sich der DJ und Produzent Andreas Henneberg mit unserem Host Moritz im Süden Berlins getroffen. Viele von euch kennen Andreas mit Sicherheit von einem seiner vielen Gigs über die letzten Jahrzehnte, ob Solo oder in seinem B2B Projekt "The Glitz". Andreas hat in diesem Interview aber vor allem über seinen individuellen Weg und musikalische Reise gesprochen. Freut euch also wieder einmal über spannende Geschichte, über das “damals” und heute der Musikproduktion, Geschichten über die Anfänge mit Schallplatten und Mixtapes, und wie diese Leidenschaft des Musikhörens und -produzierens bei Andreas bis heute anhält.
Ihr erfahrt in dieser Folge aber auch sehr spannende Einblicke in die vielen Projekte, die Andreas am Rande und neben der elektronischen Musikszene mitgestaltet. So erzählt er uns beispielsweise von seinem langjährigen Projekt SYNTH HAPPENS seine Musik gemeinsam mit einem Orchester aufzuführen, welches auch in Zukunft wieder Shows in Deutschland spielt.

Doing this collectively, synchronously moving to the same rhythm and sharing this special experience, we feel a connection that resonates within.

With DIT KLINGT JUT we want to express our love for music and manifest the meaning it can have for all of us. Hailing from the beautiful country side of Germany, music producer and DJ Berndt Bechstein is forging his path in the electronic music scene, track by track. Music is an essential part of his life and you can find him in the studio every free second of the day, producing heavy hitting music aimed for the dance floor.

With his very distinct sound, Berndt’s tunes has already made the rounds in clubs around the globe, creating a frenzy where ever they are being played. The genre is hard to pin-point and swirls between groovy Techno, Tech House and Minimal. His driving style always carries the signature gnarly synths and perky percussions he is loved for.

In 2021 he joined the “SNOE” label family with the groundbreaking “Duck and Dive EP”, and the label has since then become his homebase. Through his solid releases he has already gotten support from artists such as Laurent Garnier, Jamie Jones, Joyce Muniz, Roger Sanchez and of course always from the label family Andreas Henneberg and Beth Lydi.

Berndt’s sound is groovy, playful and catchy. His passion lies in creating extraordinary experiences on the dancefloor and his sets are all about having fun and enjoying the fleeting, beautiful moments of the night.
