„O sole mio“, so lautet der Refrain in einem bekannten italienischen Volkslied, aber darin wird natürlich nicht die Kur oder Soletherapie besungen. „Medizinische Sole ist eine wässrige Lösung mit mindestens 1,5% Salz “, erklärt Dr. Ralph Brath, Facharzt für Allgemeinmedizin und Kurarzt in Bad Kissingen. Und mit Salz ist nicht nur Kochsalz gemeint, sondern eine Mischung von verschiedenen Mineralsalzen, die je nach Quelle unterschiedlich zusammengesetzt ist. 
Neben der äußerlichen Anwendung als Solebad zum Beispiel bei verschiedenen Hauterkrankungen wird Sole in niedriger Konzentration auch zur Inhalation bei chronischen Atemwegserkrankungen mit Erfolg eingesetzt. Dabei kommen nicht nur osmotische Effekte zum Tragen: „bei beiden Anwendungsformen kommt es auch zu einem entzündungshemmenden Effekt und einem vegetativen Ausgleich“, fasst Dr. Brath die Wirkungsmechanismen zusammen. Eine Sole-Kur besteht immer aus einer Kombination von äußerlichen Sole-Anwendungen, physikalischen Maßnahmen und dem Trinken von Heilwässern, die je nach ortsgebundenen Zusammensetzungen indikationsspezifisch eingesetzt werden.
Sole-Kuren können bei zahlreichen chronischen Erkrankungen oder als allgemeine Reha-Maßnahme zu Lasten der gesetzlichen Krankenkassen verordnet werden. Im Kurantrag sind nicht nur die Indikation, sondern auch die Begründung für eine Anwendung von ortsgebundenen Therapiemaßnahmen darzulegen. In Bayern gibt es mehrere bekannte Kurorte mit spezialisierten ortsgebundenen Leistungsangeboten für die Sole-Therapie. Auf der Website www.bayerischer-heilbaeder-verband.de/fachkreise finden Sie ausführliche Informationen über das Angebot der einzelnen Kurorte und zur Beantragung von Kuren.

This is an archive of The Clean Up Hour. Tonight's mix makes the case for Sixtoo, the Nova Scotia MC whose discography consistently demanded more out of everyone -- himself, Hip Hop, and the heads listening. His discography is difficult to get ahold of, which I do posit is unfortunate, given how mind-expanding it can be. Here's hoping the return he's been teasing happens sooner, rather than later! 

Work in Progress and The Canada Project really do need to start getting included in y'all's "best hip hop tracks ever" lists.

Tutte le altre penso che si riferisca un po’ all’idea che ci facciamo di certe persone, anche se la realtà poi è completamente diversa. Quasi come se fosse una scommessa persa in partenza o semplicemente un ricordo di come vorremmo che certe persone o certe cose fossero.
Peró mi rendo conto che per certe persone invece, esiste davvero qualcosa o qualcuno che gli appartiene, anche se non sono ancora in grado di capirlo o di accettarlo.
E soltanto quando avrai girato abbastanza ti renderai conto che quella cosa già ce l’avevi sotto il naso e già sai dove si trova. 🌊

Ero tutto a cannone e volevo fare un pezzo che riflettesse questo tipo di energia
Non mi manchi più era solo una frasetta che è venuta fuori li sul ritornello, peró a ripensarci la leggerezza di quando si supera un brutto momento, la leggerezza dell’ultimo giorno di scuola, dell’ultimo esame, secondo me suona un po’ così
E forse anche per questo è uscita fuori quella frase
Io penso che certi dolori non si superano mai del tutto, peró a volte è anche una questione di momenti
Non si può stare in guerra per sempre
A volte convincersi che le cose andranno bene, poi magari le fa andare bene davvero
