Pen Pals is a Hip-Hop/Rap mixtape at heart by fellow artists and composers who crossed paths on their life journeys.

Throughout the 20 track mixtape "Ackro" and his Pipeline connects share sentiments with a strong sense of pure lyricism and vocals intertwined with dope beats that keep heads nodding.

Essentially, Pen Pals has something for everyone, from those who may want to hear something thought provoking, representative or sincere. The production is inspired by golden era and modern Hip Hop with alternative sounds put together by various composers. 

No song on the project sounds alike, with each song having it's special place. The mixtape in its entirety, leaves one feeling like they've had a catchup conversation with an old friend or better yet, a pen pal.

Growing up free styling and listening to artist like Elzhi, Blu,Proverb, Black Milk, 9th Wonder and J Dilla to name a few, Andy Murulane a.k.a Ackronym is a traditional Hip Hop head who
goes out the box at times to experiment with sounds when composing music.
