We are honored to welcome a veteran of the craft to SR Thursdays - Celestial Flooring

Currently operating out of Brooklyn, NY,  his career spans 31 years of translating and navigating the inexplicable.

With such a long time behind the decks, Celestial Flooring has covered events and dance floors that are "innumerable, plentiful, many, and blessed."

This experience amalgamates into a a style that is generatively woven, openly crafted, adventurous, and surprising (even to the spellcaster himself!).

"I like to operate with a joyful sense of recklessness, and all of my mixes happen scratched in live and tended to over open air, without a net. Every time I play I like to be as surprised as any dancefloor could ever be, that there's magic to explore in the spaces where things come together in wild new ways. Recorded live on November 22nd, 2025 at the Upper McKenzie Community Center on McKenzie River Drive in Rainbow, Oregon.
A heartfelt thank-you to all the bright spirits who joined me that day — your openness, presence, and willingness to receive shaped the field of this recording. The resonance you hear is not just the gong, but the collective energy of everyone who journeyed with it.

This session is part meditation, part emotional release, and part atmospheric journey.
It features long, spacious gong waves, shimmering harmonics, and intentional pacing designed to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and deep rest.

Best experienced with headphones or a speaker that can carry resonance.
Please listen in whatever position your body prefers — lying down, seated, or any comfortable position.

If anything in the background catches your ear, consider it part of the environment — the natural sonic field of the room that day.
