departures is the first track of "first year. first love."

This is an early demo by newly formed Göttingen based band swayset. Moved by the swirling soundscapes and emotions of Slowdive, Nothing and Slow Crush, Niclas and Thorge both bring in different musical influences into the group under the banner of shoegaze and dream pop.

Five tracks were chosen from a set of about 12 songs. They have been recorded to show a range of styles and hope to inspire people in this area to join the duo to form a full band.

Right now departures, stream line, paradise bird and at last: snow are all instrumental songs with some already having lyric ideas or lyric phrases. To enable the full potential of the songs, vocals will hopefully soon be introduced to the tracks.

I am an animal and nature sound, and other sounds recording enthusiast from Baltic States. There is a variety of amazing sounds on the planet. No two sounds are the same, there are only sounds mixed with other sounds.

In 2006, I decided to buy my first synthesizer
and form my first musical project called "Sako de Huesos",
focused on industrial sounds, EBM and Dark Electro.
From that moment on I formed several parallel experimental music projects,
always focused on dark electronics, soundscapes and Dark Ambient.

In 2021 I decided to unify all previous ambient ideas into a single project and create AVNOUX,
a dark sonic journey through modular synthesizers, field recordings and noise devices.

My musical projects are:

NowIsGood’s musical project appears as a rebellion against his high school music teacher, who tried to make him believe music is only rooted in rigid theory and silent notes written on paper. Over time, NowIsGood made-up his own understanding of music, rooted in playfulness and expression — finally, leading to his passion for it today.

Fascinated by the early Italo synth sounds and being immersed in the vibrant Berlin music scene, he began mixing tracks collected in his favorite clubs and festivals and soon crafting his own original sound: a blend of retro, pumping, synth-driven basslines transitioning into heavy dark disco sounds often traveling in the lower bpm spectrum.  In 2025 NowIsGood founded RESONI RECORDS where his own music is releases and united with Lexa to perform as DJ Duo AMORE*FURORE.

NowIsGood has performed for several collectives, clubs and festivals inviting you to embark on a journey to the sonic horizon of the universe, where each beat is a step towards infinity — because only through the concept of infinity we can truly appreciate the magic of the Now.
