Seoul's Mount XLR (@kwangjaejeon) is a master at sculpting samples and sounds in a way that makes his music feel 3D — a throbbing entity, gritty and alive. On his new EP, 'Phase i', via @sound-supplyservice, he's deeply influenced by UK music - particularly bass, post-dubstep, and garage.
