This piece, created in 2022, depicts the ecological story of frogs living by an urban park's ecological lake and the world of insect chirps around them. The entire composition is woven with the melodies of traditional instruments like the shakuhachi and erhu, and it guides the listener into a diverse soundscape of frogs and insects through chanting. Fragments of Beiguan music subtly appear throughout the piece, intermingled with the sounds of flowing water, frog calls, and insect chirps.

The creation process began with field recordings, which were organized and analyzed using spectrum analysis and Python computations to extract sound waves at different frequencies. Pro Tools was then used to transform and reconstruct these waveforms into the final composition. This work was selected for its debut presentation at the 2022 WOCMAT International Computer Music Conference.

2022年作品，主題描述住在都市公園生態湖畔的青蛙與周圍的蟲鳴世界之生態故事。運用民族樂器尺八與二胡音樂旋律貫穿全曲，以吟唱方式引導進入蛙蟲鳴唱的多樣生態世界，北管採集片段在樂曲中忽隱忽現，伴隨流水聲與蛙鳴蟲叫聲交錯重疊。從實地採集聲音記錄開始整理，利用頻譜分析與Python運算，抽離出不同頻率的聲波，以Pro Tools執行波型轉變再造與組織之作品。2022年WOCMAT國際電腦音樂研討會入選首次發表。

The Frog Song of My City 我的城市蛙之歌

Adapted from Lin Wei's 2020 work "The Way of the Wind," the original piece uses the shakuhachi's melodious chants to describe Taoist concepts of qi and the flow of Dao. By utilizing the breath and blowing sounds of the shakuhachi, the piece creates a dialogue between bamboo and wind. The sound space techniques present the flow of wind, echoing and conversing with the shakuhachi's blowing sounds. Additional soundscape elements are incorporated, using recordings collected from Tainan National University of the Arts to depict the free and unobstructed nature of the wind, feeling both its tangible and intangible strength, parallel to the flow of qi.

改編自2020年林薇《風之道》作品，原曲以尺八吟唱的旋律描述道家的氣學與道運行。運用尺八吹氣聲與呼吸的律動，營造竹子與風之間的對話。以聲音空間技術呈現風的流動，與尺八的吹氣聲相呼應對話，加入更多聲景元素，混合在臺南藝術大學採集的聲音做素材運用，描述風的來去自如，感受其形亦無形的力量，與氣的流動並行。
