For some, Mars symbolizes the start of a new discovery, while for others, it marks the end of a long existence. I sought to capture this duality, intertwining the themes of arrival and farewell into a single, unified narrative.

Leaving the Earth captures the emotions of life’s final moments—not as an end, but as the beginning of an adventurous journey into the unknown. Instead of evoking regret or sorrow, this piece reimagines the transition as an opportunity for discovery and new possibilities.

The vocal melody and lyrics reflect the emotions of embarking on an uncertain path, symbolizing the passage from life into the unknown. Lines such as “I will carry my heart through the distance” and “In the vast unknown, I will chase the light” reinforce the idea of embracing the unknown rather than fearing it, turning the departure into a moment of profound transformation.

DYK - 533317 symbolizes the beginning of life, embodied in the construction of a spaceship. The composition blends acoustic textures with fusion jazz, creating a striking contrast to the other tracks in this portfolio.

The title, DYK - 533317, is more than just an identification number for the spaceship; it carries a deeply personal significance. Derived from my initials (DYK) and the postal code of the hospital where I was born (533317), it seamlessly bridges the vastness of space with the roots of my own existence.
