Modern Tech Trance, an evolution of the classic Tech Trance genre, stands as a testament to how electronic music can evolve over time while remaining rooted in its foundational elements. Developing from the late 2010s onwards, Modern Tech Trance builds on traditional techno and trance fusion, integrating elements from other genres like progressive house and psytrance.

This subgenre retains the high energy and driving beats of classic Tech Trance, usually within the 130-140 beats per minute range, but it's characterized by a more polished and sophisticated production quality. The intricate rhythmic structures and hypnotic synth patterns are still present, but there is a greater emphasis on atmospheric soundscapes and innovative sound design, often resulting in a more immersive and dynamic listening experience.

Modern Tech Trance thrives on the delicate balance between the raw, hard-hitting techno beats and the euphoric, melodic elements of trance, creating a genre that is both emotionally resonant and highly danceable. The kits contain three folders MIDI, Wav & Presets, the Wav folder contains all the stems needed to re-create what you hear in the demo for that kit, and the MIDI folder contains all the MIDI files for that kit to change notes or sounds when you are creating your new anthem and the Preset folder contains all the spire presets used with the MIDI files for each kit.

The presets in this pack are FREE they are used as a starting point for each kit but may contain duplications or similar sounds.

"Pictureplane"(Travis Egedy), is a popular artist known for making his come up in the electronic music scene, DIY Venues, also popular for hanging around artists like "Grimes" and "Crystal Castles" in the early come up days of these artist, he is also the one who came up with the word "Witch House" which is a playful word on "House" music, though "Witch House" is now a popular music genre that is enjoyed by many.

"Crystal Castles" are actually one of the very first, if not the first electronic music duo to actually invent "Witch House" music, as you can hear dark beats and sorrow drawn out voices off of some of their early (demo songs/ Demo Album) dating back from "2007" and before that, which is crazy to think since during that time "Witch House" did not have a name for itself yet.
