But you need to be centered IN your body in order to positively impact your reality, other people, to feel like you’re in alignment with time. And when you’re not firmly centered in your body, it’s WAY harder to hold your boundaries—with other people and their emotions, other energies, and even other types of beings. 

A lot of people simply assume that they’re centered in their body, but have no idea that they’re actually not.  

So in this episode we’re discussing how to know whether you’re really in your power center, which also happens to be the place where you can expand your intuition, receive clarity and knowingness—not to mention spiritual awakening!

Всегда и во всём я предпочитал Тебя, хотя мои человеческие слабости заводили мои пути в тупики жизненного опыта. Ты спокойно ждал, пока ложное изобличит само себя

Я никогда не боялся быть тем, кто я есть. Бояться - означает умереть. А я люблю жить

Я никогда не отвергал тех, кого Ты мне посылал

Они хвалили меня – и я посмеивался
Они бранили меня – и я смотрел на них с жалостью
Они обвиняли, презирали, льстили, грозились, ненавидели, боготворили, обижали, ставили на пьедестал и сами же снимали с него через некоторое время

Я принимал всё это, считая их братьями, которым нужно ещё сколько-то лет, чтоб разобраться в том, кто они такие… и где они находятся

- Я буду делать то, что считаю нужным, чтоб ни в чём не ущемлять своё сердце и свою Душу, а Ты, если что - поправь меня. 

И было так

Я прочитал и изучил всё до чего смог дотянуться… и только для того, чтобы после посмеяться над мирским знанием, широтой заменяющим глубину

Ещё на середине горы ты показал мне как мало я знаю, как бездарно я использую жизнь, как смешны мои мотивы и как бездонна пропасть моего незнания

Ты научил меня равнодушно относиться к своему телу
Комфорт, необходимость питаться, спать, где-то жить - всё оказалось до смешного надуманным и ненужным
И на это! … многие меняют свою свободу и своё право подняться на вершину и обнять тебя!?
Воистину, они не знают, что теряют!

Ты учил меня не привязываться ни к чему
И отнимал у меня по очереди дорогие сердцу предметы, ценности этого мира, друзей, близких, родных, любимых, детей

В конце концов мне даже понравилось отдавать – ведь с каждым разом я становился ощутимо легче

Наконец, воспользовавшись моим отчаянием и малодушием, Ты забрал саму мою жизнь 

Я зашёл за кулисы и увидел, что и в смерти нет ничего страшного 

С тех пор я хорошо усвоил, что не я должен умереть, а то, что и так мертво; 
То, что во мне, но не моё
Именно оно мешает мне смотреть на Тебя не отвлекаясь

Но и смерть не была последним испытанием
Ты расшатал мои убеждения, отобрал у меня уверенность в реальности окружающего мира 
Показал хрестоматийность того, в чём я был свято убеждён со времён нежного детства

Все эти человеческие каноны и правила, оказавшиеся на поверку суеверием

Вся эта неколебимая убеждённость в твёрдости мира, оказавшегося на поверку пластилиновым
