My former employer, after promoting me and telling me what a great job I was doing, and specifically saying that I didn't need to worry about not getting invited back for the next season (it was a seasonal job), made a decision to not invite me back for the next season. They informed me in the middle of the winter, via a short, canned, generic, impersonal letter, which they emailed to me, and they did not provide me with a real reason why. I was very offended by their actions, so I decided to make an entire parody album mocking them. It's not good, especially my singing, but it's the product of my experiences. I couldn't just carry this anger in my head, so I released it into these songs. Everything is written, recorded (on one of the worst possible microphones), and produced by me.
