Cedone A. Frazier Born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and later making his home in Charlotte, North Carolina, Lil17 has been immersed in the world of music since the tender age of 11 or 12. His journey began at a summer camp where he recorded his very first song. By 13, he made his official debut on SoundCloud, setting the stage for a decade-long pursuit of artistry that has shaped him into the dynamic musician he is today.

Drawing inspiration from the 2000s hip-hop scene, Lil17 a.k.a “Seventeen” finds himself heavily influenced by artists like Lil Wayne, T-Pain, Drake, and Rick Ross.
