When we are happy, we feel energized and motivated to give and be our best. How can we create a workplace culture where work becomes a pleasure rather than a drudge and we put an end to the 'Monday morning blues'?

Rekha Kohli is Executive Leader within Perry Hall Multi-Academy Trust of 10 schools which serve some of the most deprived areas of the West Midlands. She is a very dynamic and positive person who has helped to create a culture of respect and happiness in the schools for which she is responsible. In July 2024 she was awarded the Pearson’s Bronze National Head Teacher of the Year award  reflecting her journey and achievements within the Education Sector.
 
Danny Maher arrived in London in 1975 and since then has worked in the mental health/social care arena. Danny is currently the CEO of Ashford Place charity in Cricklewood having started in 1996. He is also a member of the Brent Multifaith Forum. Danny is a very caring and committed person who is able to bring out the best in others and create an environment in which workers, volunteers and service users feel respected, appreciated and happy.

Episode 29 brings you an incredible producer and DJ and of course a very good friend of Structure - Atibo.

London-based techno producer from Granada, Spain. His passion for electronic music began in Nerja, where he and his friends hosted private gatherings on hidden beaches, playing drum and bass as an escape from the mainstream sounds of the local clubs. This early immersion in underground music sparked his lifelong connection to electronic sounds.

After moving to London in 2008, Atibo discovered the 4-on-the-floor rhythm through a performance by Sven Väth. This moment set him on a journey of musical exploration, leading him to fully embrace techno by 2012.

Atibo’s sound blends deep, hypnotic techno with a focus on mood and atmosphere. His tracks are shaped by layered textures, created through the use of field recordings, analog synths, and VSTs, which contribute to the organic depth and melodic richness of his music. Influenced by labels like Hypnos Records and Non Series, as well as artists such as Luigi Tozzi, Feral, Svarog, and Psyk, Atibo explores both the emotional and immersive qualities of techno.

As the founder of Ecstasy State, a label he has been developing for over seven years, Atibo is dedicated to its growth while also continuing to focus on his own releases. In the future, he hopes to explore new directions within his sound and further expand his creative vision.

Whether through his productions or live DJ sets, Atibo creates an immersive journey for his listeners. His aim is simple: to craft experiences that allow the audience to get lost in the music, making each performance unforgettable.

Episode 30 brings London-based DJ/producer, Platform22_ Head honcho and very good friend of Structure - XONO

London’s Lee Novell, aka ‘XONO’, has been playing with grooves, creating moods and layering textures for some time now. His love for dance & rhythms stems from his early years listening throughout the night to pirate radio stations as far as his antenna would reach.

This passion for radio and DJ culture can be heard in his very own monthly XONO Invites radio series. Which he carefully produces himself to showcase the freshest House & Techno artists around, which he’s established to contribute to the scene and support artists with the same vision and appreciation for the sound he loves.
Now creating his own ideas with rhythmic grooves and textures through production. His unique sound can be heard through his co-owned Imprint Platform 22, which is run by himself and Kai Hickinson (FLAWS)

XONO’s Career is still at its early stage but an artist with so much passion and dedication is one to surely exceed and excel.
