“Party Monster” è un’autentica scarica elettrica garage rock, registrata durante una sessione live in sala prove dai FACTORY – Mark II. Il brano, firmato da Silvio Vinci, è un inno sfrenato e viscerale che fonde l’irriverenza del garage punk di fine anni ’60 con l’attitudine ruvida del revival garage anni ’80-’90. Un vero e proprio hit single mancato, vibrante, sporco e magnetico.

Alla voce solista troviamo un Giuliano Dettori in pieno stato di grazia: la sua performance è aggressiva, teatrale, marcatamente mod oriented, capace di evocare immagini urbane, visioni psichedeliche e pulsioni underground, grazie a testi graffianti e visionari di sua stessa penna.
Davide Spanu alla chitarra elettrica spara fuzz e distorsione senza compromessi, creando un muro sonoro abrasivo, perfettamente sostenuto dal basso muscolare e pulsante di Chris Pain. Luca Monaco alla batteria incalza con ritmi incalzanti e diretti, mentre Silvio Vinci all’organo conferisce al pezzo una vibrazione lisergica e rétro, reminiscente dei combo garage dei sixties.

“Party Monster” è una miscela esplosiva di attitudine punk, estetica vintage e groove psichedelico. Una dimostrazione di forza, coerenza stilistica e spirito autentico. FACTORY si conferma qui non solo come nostalgici del passato, ma come portatori sani di rock’n’roll mutante e senza tempo.
