For those familiar with the São Paulo scene, the name Oliver	Gattermayr rings a bell. Involved in several projects that explore less	common musical paths, like	the Subdivisions party	which has been	 key in developing the underground scene, focusing	 primarily on	creating	the	ideal setting for a proper listening experience, hosting	for the first time in the	country artists like XDB, Lamache, Herodot,	Lowris, Mihai as well as Ion Ludwig. Regular in	independent parties	and part of Kickclap Agency, he has had a few international appearances at ToiToi in London, Club Der Visionaire in Berlin, Sequence	Club in Paraguay and Macarena Club in Barcelona, as well as regular	 national	gigs	like D-edge in	Sao	Paulo.

Here's a cover I did of "Subdivisions" by Rush from their 1982 Signals album.

Subdivisions: One of the first songs I learned on synth, learned to play with bass pedals, and the most fun playing live. Probably one of my favorite Rush songs of all time, as it checks all the boxes: Great lyrics, great production, heavy synth, Taurus bass pedals, odd-time signatures, fantastic solo. I tried to pay homage by recreating this song entirely with VST instruments (except, of course, Geddy's signature vocal track and Neil's classic "Subdivisions" sample. I worked as hard as I could to get this note-for-note; maybe not perfect, but close enough to be proud of. Hope you enjoy!
