This next podcast of ours is being provided by one of our longest partners in music: MIKE VAMP. He is a resident dj at our club and came up with this great mix, which represents the smoother and deeper side of what we like at our club. 

House music at its best! 

Growing up in Mainhattan in 1979, he was active in the punk scene, moved to Berlin in 1980 and experimented there as well as in London later with electronic music and guitars. In 1997, he met DJ Clé at an electronic processing of Mozart's Don Giovanni at the club „E-Werk“ in Berlin and founded the Märtini Brös (www.maertinibroes.de), which since then perform as a live act as well as a DJ team. 
While he released several albums with Märtini Brös, he also contributed remixes for artists such as Scissor Sisters, Tocotronic, 2raumwohnung (gold record), Louie Austen or Lützenkirchen and produced the electronic master pieces „Artist Unknown“ 
In 2007 he was co-founder of the Berlin „Arena Club“ ( http://www.arena-berlin.de )
In 2009 he founded with DJ Patrick Gräser „NightsInGale“ as a dance label for a two years. Followed by several solo releases and remixes as Märtini Brös.
In 2011 he released „Moved By Mountains“ with Märtini Brös on Daredo Music

2012 he produced music for motion pictures and big fashion shows. Besides all this Mike Vamp works as a Dj since he was sixteen years old.

For Fiedel the three main musical influences are Electro/early Hip Hop (Egyptian Lover, Ice-T, 2 Live Crew, Mantronix), Acid/House (since 1986/87) and the Hard Wax record store in Berlin Kreuzberg. He started to dj publicly in the mid 90s on Mondays at a club called Subversiv, which then has been a constant in Berlin’s underground techno scene. Fiedel has demonstrably been one of the first djs to play Electro in this context. Besides he played serious techno from Carl Craig, Jeff Mills, the Burden Brothers, Mathew Johnson, Monolake, Soundhack and many others. When the moment is right, he also plays Hi-NRG. As he puts hit himself: Music should not be pigeonholed.

In 1996 and 1997 he released two eps on MMM with Errorsmith. Especially their track „Donna“ is considered a much played techno classic. Apart from his residency at OstGut / Berghain, he loves to play at clubs like Elastic (Leipzig), Suicide (Berlin), Club 69 (Glasgow), Ostklub (Frankfurt/Main) and Meccanoid (Melbourne).

Trinity is a DJ, live performer and producer based in Sydney. Now celebrating her 20th year in the music industry, Trinity has earned the respect and love of fans, dancers and peers from Sydney to Berlin — and many destinations in between. Her abundant and diverse talents, her famous work ethic, and her uncompromising musical vision have made her a force to be reckoned with in the world of techno.

Trinity was billed alongside Richie Hawtin at the Vivid Sydney festival at Sydney Opera House; headlined Sydney’s world-famous Mardi Gras celebration; and has played at Tresor, Tomorrowland and many other clubs and festivals across Europe. Other stops on her musical travels have included New Zealand, India and Amsterdam’s famed Red Light Radio.

Each of Trinity’s live shows is marked by her unique versatility: from deep dub-techno, acid and electro to peaktime techno — all combining for a distinct and moving soundscape. Trinity is also one-half of boundary-breaking live act Phax Machine (along with partner Analogue Resistance), with the duo focusing especially on tougher breakbeat and classic rave sounds. 

Trinity’s recorded output includes collaborations with Luke Hess, Eric Cloutier, Headless Horseman and XDB, with her releases making their way into some of the best record shops in the world including Berlin’s Hard Wax. Trinity also runs A&R for Australian techno label Nightime Drama.

After taking a break from DJing and performing during the pandemic to focus on running her business and parenting, Trinity is back — with a focus on quality over quantity and the same dedication and musical integrity as ever.

The Suicide Club (fka Suicide Circus) is one of the most traditional and established techno clubs in Berlin, with a large dance floor in the centre, an open-air floor, cutting-edge electronic music and a cosy outdoor terrace/beer garden.
The club has everything you need for a perfect techno night: reduced exterior, dark corners, fog machine, industrial-style dance floor, mystical lighting and a fat sound system.
The name of the club "Suicide" refers to the band "Suicide", which paved the way for later minimal techno back in the 70s with synthesizers and drum computers.

DOYEQ is a unique two-man live-project of Sergey Kulikov and Vitaliy Bragin.
