A fun little surf tune created and recorded entirely in Band-in-a-Box by PG Music. I created the backing track with drums, bass, two acoustic rhythm guitars, and one rhythm electric guitar and then recorded myself playing along to it for the lead guitar track. She’s the queen of the beach.

Marina Blaze, the red-swimsuited legend of Breaker Cove, is famous for two things:

her lightning sprints across the sand… and the way boys mysteriously go missing after she “rescues” them.


To tourists she’s a hero.

To locals she’s a rumor.

To the boys she saves… well… nobody’s ever heard their side of the story.


Jamie, an enthusiastic but hopelessly inexperienced beginner surfer, is wobbling out past the break like he’s got something to prove. He’s using the cheapest rental board on the beach, paddling too far, too fast, and with absolutely no idea how strong the current gets out there.


Marina watches him from her lifeguard stand, smirking behind her sunglasses.  “Cutest snack I’ve seen all week,” she murmurs.


When Jamie inevitably wipes out, a spectacular arm-flailing splash, Marina doesn’t hesitate.

She grabs her board, hair streaming behind her as she barrels down the sand, all power and promise.


To him, she’s coming to save his life.

To her, she’s coming to claim a treat.


By the time Jamie’s dragged onto the beach, coughing seawater and staring up at the sun haloed around her silhouette, he already feels like he’s in a dream. She kneels over him, smiling with the kind of hunger that has nothing to do with heroism.


“Don’t worry, you’re safe now, cutie,” she purrs.


Her shadow falls across him. His board washes up behind them.

The waves drown out whatever he tries to say next.


Anyone watching would swear she just whisked him off to check on him…but down here, under the roar of the surf, Jamie quickly discovers Marina’s rescues always end the same way:


inside her.

Some of my favorites are Suno Studio, Moises AI Studio, and LUNA Pro with various UAD plugins. I also like IK Multimedia, Softube, and Native Instruments plugins.
