We do tend to name these shows something very random with the idea being unless you listen it will make no sense and even sometimes when you do listen, it does not make that much sense.  Well this week the show is named after a quote from the BBC sitcom Red Dwarf where the onboard computer Holly said:  "That is a load of Tottenham that is... a steaming pile of Hotspur..." and that was the only quote I could think of to describe our performance against Brighton.

THAT game aside we chat about high energy bills and answer questions / discuss the topics suggested from our social media.

Welcome back to our show where this week we discuss the latest results... 1-0 defeat and 0-0 draw and wonder what we all did collectively in a former life to be cursed with supporting Spurs? ....

We talk those Conte rumours and try to come up with why they keep happening and if the club will ever change in its approach or if this is just all going to crash and burn.

It’s not over. There’s some fight left in this team. Spurs won 3-1 so the viewing was comfortable. Andrew and Kwab’na talk seats at the Leicester game, all time Spurs top 5, feelings about Liverpool and more. Son and Kane are scoring so smile because the sun always shines on the Shelf Side.

This week once again the title is random but if you listen it will make sense, or at least it should.

Does anyone read this?  I do put effort in each week to give a brief description, however of late I have found this task a bit boring... I was trying to think of ways I could spice it up, maybe a joke... I mean I cannot even give out free passes to 'Lovely Laura's' only .. umm friends page anymore.  She is getting married, I am pleased for her.. lovely lady.  Despite what I may have said before.

In other news Matt is still a running machine, loves his marathons.  It was during lockdown he went full Mo Farah, did the couch to 5k and then just kept running... I ran a bath the other day, knackered... 

Polynesian Dan is also well but I think he needs to sort it out a bit, been with his Mrs years and lived together a good while now but no ring... Beyonce would be livid... he needs to put a ring on it I think.  I should tell him... maybe... I dunno... I remember him showing me his current GF when he first met her on Tinder, yeah.. THAT app... 

I do not have any news really, been working a lot.. trying to get that work life balance ya know, never easy... Can you believe its May already?  I swear part of me still thinks its 2020 and lockdown threw me for a trip!  Time has moved fast but then also feels like stuck; just me?  ... on the fact its May though only four games left in our season, just a few more weeks.  That is utter madness.
