This track fuses dark electronic textures from Stranger Things with hard-hitting trap beats to create a moody, cinematic sound. The production process was packed with detail, layering deep 808s, crisp hi-hats, and atmospheric synths to build tension and space. From subtle reverb tails and filtered delays to modulation effects that give the mix a living, evolving quality. MCV is a UK rap artist who has gained quite a name for himself through his work,
in 2003 he reached BBC radio 1Xtra's Batttle of MC's Grand Final,
in 2004 he won a UK's Finest Freestyle MC tournament,
from 2004-2012 MCV released many mixtapes, some tracks earning him the Number 1 Spot on the MySpace Music Charts, amassing over 98,000 fans,he also received 2 NME Award nominations.
In 2012 MCV was rendered half paralyzed with a slipped disc in his spine,
but this didn't deter him, in 2013 He was given his own Hip-Hop radio show on a New York Radio station run by "Talk to City" where he interviewed up and coming UK talent which he thoroughly enjoyed.
Also, in 2013 MCV hooked up with E.D.I Mean from the Notorious rap group formed by 2pac "Tha Outlawz" and received 8 features from E.D.I Mean, 1 feature from E.D.I's fellow Outlaw group member Young Noble, and MCV even made history by securing a legally cleared 2Pac vocal sample on a bonus track on his album, titled "Bomb Shit" making him the Only UK rapper ever to do that,
In 2014 MCV Won a World Online Rap Battle Championship hosted by Mrs Rhymes, the founder of "Rippin Rhymes", MCV impressively held on to his title for 4 months, winning over 20 battles,
In 2015 MCV was included in an international Mix-Tape Hosted by and featuring Bizzy Bone from legendary rap group "Bone Thugz "n" Harmony"
in 2024 MCV hooked up with Platinum selling producer "DJ Pain" on 2 tracks, one of which has already been aired on national radio...
MCV is currently still making tracks and become a regular addition to BBC Introducing radio programme receiving regular airplay on BBC radio,
MCV also has a Distinction in Music at college.

I’m K-WIS. My journey into music began at six, when I picked up my first guitar, and by thirteen I was already producing digitally on a computer. At sixteen, I started creating remixes, driven by a desire to inject my own trap influence into existing tracks. Those early projects were minimal and more likely edits rather than full reinterpretations, but they laid the foundation for my sound.

Since then, my style has evolved significantly, shaped by a growing passion for trap, EDM, and cinematic music. I draw inspiration from artists and producers who blur genre boundaries and prioritize atmosphere and emotion. I’m particularly influenced by collaborative, multifaceted production approaches, bass-driven rap aesthetics with dynamic switch-ups, and EDM that balances energy with emotion. In my cinematic work, I’m deeply inspired by film and video game scoring where music isn’t just accompaniment, but the emotional core of the story.

At the moment, I’m focused on covering and remixing a range of tracks, with the idea of developing them into a cohesive release. Maybe, potentially a full cover/remix album. Beyond that, my next major goal is to produce a complete original album that fully represents my sound and artistic direction.
