This song features several layers of guitar compiled with lots of subtleties carefully sculpted in it's stereo image, among glassy textures and a propelling energy. 
Glass Octopus captures the mysterious, dark, moody depths of the deep sea and it's ominous sense of tranquility in the vast unknown, in a song that can be enjoyed laying down with headphones on, dancing through the night to, or bumping at high volumes in your car. There is a sort of dreamy, watery atmosphere with a hypnotic calmness to it, set to the constant beating drums of a fat 808 bass, that momentarily takes you out of the real world and immerses you in a universe of peaceful mystery. 
(The name is inspired by the real deep sea animal, the glass octopus. A translucent, mysterious creature.)
