Bienvenido a Agra, al norte de la India, donde se alza uno de los monumentos más célebres y bellos del planeta: el Taj Mahal. Considerado una de las siete maravillas del mundo moderno, este majestuoso mausoleo no es solo un hito arquitectónico, sino también un símbolo universal del amor eterno.


Un legado del Imperio mogol

 El Taj Mahal fue construido en el siglo décimo séptimo, durante el apogeo del Imperio mogol, por orden del emperador Shah Jahan. La historia cuenta que el emperador quedó devastado tras la muerte de su esposa favorita, Mumtaz Mahal, quien falleció en el año mil seiscientos treinta y uno al dar a luz a su hijo número catorce. Como tributo a su amor, Shah Jahan encargó la creación de un mausoleo sin igual, digno de la reina que tanto amó.
Las obras comenzaron en el año mil seiscientos treinta y dos y se prolongaron por más de veinte años, empleando a más de veinte mil artesanos, arquitectos y obreros provenientes de toda la India y de regiones lejanas como Persia, el Imperio Otomano y Asia Central.


Una obra maestra del arte y la simetría

 El Taj Mahal es una joya del arte islámico y mogol, donde se fusionan influencias persas, indias y turcas. Construido casi en su totalidad en mármol blanco extraído del Rajastán, su superficie está incrustada con piedras semipreciosas como jade, ónix, lapislázuli y turquesa, formando delicados motivos florales.
El diseño es absolutamente simétrico. El mausoleo principal se alza sobre una plataforma cuadrada flanqueada por cuatro esbeltos minaretes. La cúpula central, en forma de bulbo, alcanza los cuarenta y cuatro metros de altura y domina la silueta del conjunto. En el interior, en una cámara octogonal, descansan los cenotafios simbólicos de Mumtaz Mahal y Shah Jahan, mientras que sus tumbas reales se encuentran en una cripta inferior, cerrada al público.


Un entorno digno del paraíso

 El complejo está rodeado por vastos jardines divididos en cuadrantes, siguiendo el modelo del “jardín del paraíso” descrito en el Corán. Estos jardines simétricos, con canales de agua y fuentes reflejando el cielo, refuerzan la atmósfera celestial del lugar.
El río Yamuna, que fluye serenamente tras el mausoleo, añade un fondo natural que cambia con la luz del día. Durante el amanecer y el atardecer, el mármol del Taj Mahal refleja tonos rosados, dorados o plateados, según la hora, haciendo que el monumento parezca transformarse ante los ojos del visitante.


El Taj Mahal hoy

 Reconocido por la UNESCO como Patrimonio de la Humanidad desde el año mil novecientos ochenta y tres, el Taj Mahal atrae cada año a millones de visitantes. Además de ser un símbolo nacional para la India, es también un recordatorio de cómo el arte puede nacer del amor y trascender el tiempo.
En la actualidad, el Taj es también un espacio de reflexión cultural y espiritual. Aunque la historia de Shah Jahan y Mumtaz Mahal es profundamente personal, su legado se ha vuelto colectivo, inspirando a poetas, pintores, músicos y viajeros durante más de tres siglos.



 Visitar el Taj Mahal no es solo contemplar una obra de arquitectura; es dejarse envolver por una historia que aún palpita en cada piedra tallada, en cada flor de mármol, en cada reflejo del agua. Es el arte de la eternidad materializado en piedra blanca.

My writing isn't meant to be confined to one playlist category. Every moment is a mood, every lyric is a poem, and every song tells a story. I refuse to limit myself. Writing music across genres isn’t just a skill—it’s my passion. I have no desire to change who I am to meet industry expectations.

Where Am I Today?
I can write in any genre, any language, and on any topic. I have access to any instrument and can create with any vocal style—male or female. But at my core, I am a writer, not an entertainer.
I feel timid stepping in front of a microphone—exposing myself vocally is still a challenge. There are skills to master and fears to overcome before I record my own voice or perform live. But I am comfortable behind the DJ decks.

Where Am I Going?
As I navigate my place in the music industry, my goal is to split my music into three primary genres and sign with labels that align with each sound:

I know social media is necessary, but it’s far outside my comfort zone. Sharing the creative process, the "sauce" behind the songs, feels vulnerable. But I also know that if I want my music to be heard, I need to open that door—even if it’s uncomfortable.

This is my journey. Let’s see where it leads.
