YABOIC was born Creston Bennett on September 21, 1989 to a single mother in the small town of Grenada, Mississippi. It was apparent at the age of five, when he picked up his first microphone that he was headed toward the stage; however, YABOI would experience a troubled childhood. As a result of some poor choices as a young adult, he was forced to move to HornLake Ms, with his aunt and uncle. Although he excelled in sports, it became evident that music would ultimately become the only outlet powerful enough to fuel such a creative soul.
Within the next couple of years, he started an Indie label, built a studio in his mother’s home, and began to work on his first mix tape, ‘From Me To You’. In 2014, at the age of 19, he decided to move to Colorado Springs to promote his music. He currently resides in Dallas Tx, while still performing and diligently working, writing, and recording new material.

Some of his musical influences have been Tupac, Jay-Z, Nas, Pimp C, Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Future, and T.I.
Many things and people has inspire YABOI, but as he says, “what you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals”. YABOIC may very well be one of the most anticipated artists of 2025.
