Got to test out the new Alpha Theta (Pioneer) Omnis duo again this week. It truly is a beast of a machine, only complaint about the build quality....The lights in the controls are dim and hard to see in the sun AND in the dark lol. The onboard 7” touchscreen is fantastic. 

I tried several styles of mixing here, all on the fly so some turned out better than others. The color fx have no curve adjusment option so the filter amongst other fx reminded me a lot of the older school of Pioneer mixers with aggressive FX curves. 
I admit, I did go a little nuts playing with the filter here but I was testing and it was fun 😁 
The EQ is a dream whether set to the EQ or isolate option. 
Auto-loop is still untouched, still not sure why it intimidates me 😆

Pretty fantastic all round controller but I’m missing the key shift (or fuzzy key mixing) function like the CDJ3000’s or Opus-Quad (or Engine software) have. The beat-sync I cannot comment on, I don’t use it 😆👌

Update: I noticed that the Omnis Duo does NOT save track history. In other words the tracks that have been played will not turn green or be shown as played. This is unfortunately due to the model/type of LCD screen used on the Omnis Duo. Sounds like an excuse to me, it will most likely be fixed on newer Alpha Theta models to come for those who would rather wait. If not, bring a pad and paper 🤣

Sus primeros contactos con la música electrónica fueron a finales del año 1993 principios de1994, en los  que regentaba la mítica sala (help), aquí descubre los sonidos más underground del momento.
En año 1997 decide comprarse sus primeros platos y comienza a comprarse sus propios vinilos llenando su maleta del Techno Acid muy influenciado por el sello stay up forever o cluster entre otros muchos.
En el año 1998 comienza como residente en la sala Code de A Coruña, con los mejores djs de la ciudad.
Más tarde pinchando en salas como Bambina, a Coruña.
Sala Zeus, Campolongo
Sala OH Coruña
Fabrik, Ibiza.
En la que ha compartido cabina con artistas como, Claude young, Oscar mulero, Cristian wunsch, Julián liberator, Angel adr, Emilio del Río, Dj Pepo,  Funk D void, Ade fenton, Alberto palacios, Marco carola. 
Actualmente esta produciendo sus propios Tracks en su sello discodrafico Thrirteen Recordings.
Amante del techno en todos los formatos.
