Mucking around seeing how far I can get without using the computer.

This is the result of playing a careless bit of guitar onto cassette, looping a section of it with an Akai "Riff-O-Matic" phrase sampler and recording a section of that onto a tape loop, then playing the two loops into a mixer with some reverb.

Feels like a breakthrough on an ambitious project I've started...

Recorded at a distance of about 12 inches with no EQ or compression. Small amount of reverb added in mixing.
