Named for the great lake sturgeon — a living fossil that swam alongside dinosaurs — this track blends dark ambient textures with electronic pulses, evoking the pull of timeless waters and the quiet rituals of late-summer nights.

From the capital of Iran, our Tehran-born friend, usually spotted on the dancefloor in front of the decks, grew up in Germany with his first experience of the power of electronic music made at Fusion. But his fascination to join behind the decks unfolded when moving to the Netherlands, his new home, and being surrounded by local talents which he calls brothers and sisters, mentors, and his biggest inspiration. New to the scene and on his search for his signature, Anvari loves to surprise the crowd with a journey through house, minimal, techno and right back again.

Ari is an alias of Anvari. While Anvari, member of Enschede-based house music concept @bootsandcuts, has been spotted serving local dancefloors such as @tuinrel, @basicgrooves, and @onderderadarfestival with levitating minimal and house inspired selections, Ari is a techno purist behind decks. Only he knows what sound we can expect!
