Singer, songwriter, and the King of Reggae Basslines, Leroy "Heptones" Sibbles, joined the Entertainment Report Podcast Studio for an epic conversation about his lengthy career. Leroy Sibbles discussed growing up in Trench Town, meeting Toots as a youth, being in another group before joining The Heptones, getting to Studio 1, and meeting Jackie Mittoo at Studio 1. He also shared how he became the main bass player there, his encounters with Bob Marley & The Wailers, and the list of basslines he created. Additionally, he talked about eventually leaving Studio 1 to join Harry J, moving to Canada, and making a significant impact on the reggae scene. He mentioned Glen Washington being part of his band while in Toronto, Foota Hype and his sound Melody 1, and much more.
