Track number 11 from my fresh "Champion Sound" album. As is tradition, I include one of Clash remixes on each LP. This time, I did Casbah Sound in collaboration with my friend Italian producer Enigmatik.
The album  includes many vocal recordings I made during my travels to Jamaica and Cuba, as well as some very special guests from all over the world. Expect a wide variety of styles, all geared toward the dancefloor.

American Debauchery With Duane Bruce 9.26.25

Opens the album with the GLAAD statistic: 932 anti-LGBTQ incidents in one year, 2.5 per day. But the song expands to show this is part of a larger pattern—575 anti-LGBTQ bills, aclu 27 states banning gender-affirming care, aclu 13.4% of children in poverty, Firstfocus 271,500 workers on strike. The chorus chants: "An injury to one is an injury to all / They're coming for us, they're coming for all / No left and right, just have and have not / 932 days till we tear this whole thing apart." References the Gender Liberation March linking trans rights and abortion rights, the intersectionality between all struggles. The 19th News Sets the urgent, angry, but hopeful tone.

Kelvin’s songs lean into life in all its battered glory.

His poetic, image-rich lyrics riff on self-awareness and our commonality in a world distracted. Coupled with music born of a love for rock ‘n’ roll, roots, reggae and old school R&B, the groove that accompanies the message is deep and wide.

“Raw,” “soulful,” and “beautiful” are the words most often used to describe his sound. Kelvin’s voice is timeless, inspired by such greats as Sam Cooke, Nick Cave, Bob Marley and Johnny Cash. His guitar style blends acoustic fingerpicking and percussive, tribal elements

Kelvin’s music has taken him to Nashville, where he cut his teeth with some top shelf producers and players. He’s toured through Europe, across the Great White North, and back. As a result, people all over the world have been turned on to his work.

A multi-instrumentalist, Kelvin’s live show incorporates orchestral elements, live drum/vocal loops, top shelf tunes and a whole lotta love. Picture Gordon Lightfoot hanging with The Wailers at a Black Sabbath concert. It’s a Folk Sabbath kinda thing.

2025 sees Kelvin releasing and supporting Stereophile, the new full length record and accompanying 28 page small format book.
