This was a short that slipped under the Film School Janitors' radar, but it won an Oscar (a couple years ago) and had acclaim (a couple years ago) and some controversy (a couple years ago).

     Anyways, if you're here looking at this I want to say, In a very sincere way, "Thank You for at least stopping to listen to my music." My name, of course, is Michael J. Martin and I'm from Springfield, MO and just turned 55 in February 2024. I've been writing music since the late 80's - I write and perform all my own music that covers many genres (Country, Alternative Rock, Contemporary Christian, R&B, and various other genres...). 
     I'm planning on making a comeback in this industry either performing or just being involved in Songwriting. If you are a fellow musician and are looking for new music for yourself get in touch with me... I've written over 400+ songs and I am good with lyrics and creative music... All I ask is for is fair royalties for use of any of my music... Also, I'd be interested in forming an Alternative Rock Band with some spiritual Contemporary Christian Music songs in the mix (kind of like U2, Jars of Clay and Creed who take their influence into all walks of life). Here’s a little story about a trio of janitors. 
Might have heard they worked at a well-known film school.
They picked up a few things other than trash. 
They might hate your movie, or if drunk think it’s cool.
Every now and then they get together for a lunch break. 
Trash talk some movie, or TV, or streaming.
Rodney and Jason and Sean – they all clean halls. 
If you listen close you can hear kids screaming: Film School Janitors!

So whenever their lunch breaks align, they catch up on the latest Hollywood has to offer.
