My long running Jazz Radio program (Since 1981!!!) is posted weekly on SoundCloud. I keep each program up for 2 weeks.

This is only my third new program since the summer of 2024!!!!! I still haven't been able to raise funds for rebuilding my studio, but did a temporary setup.... Let me know if you appreciate having Forms & Feelings back Due to flooding last year, I'm now alternating repeats with new shows, with this temporary studio setup. Thanks for your patience.   

In addition to a number of new releases, we start with variations of  "The Beat Goes On" with vocalist Patrica Barber and the late alto saxophonist Sonny Criss. We also feature some new recordings of compositions by Thelonious Monk, a  classic version of  "Round Midnight" from Andy Bey, and the late pianist Frank KImbrough brings us 2, from his monumental tribute to Monk from 2018. This is a further celebration of Monk's 108th heavenly birthday (10/10/1917)

21st century electronic bass music grown from seeds of 1960s avant garde jazz.

Matt Greenbaum is a talented drummer based in the Seattle-Tacoma area, where the rhythm of the Pacific Northwest inspires his craft. Growing up immersed in music, Matt developed a deep connection to percussion, honing his skills and creating a unique drumming style that resonates with audiences. His journey has been shaped by the vibrant local music scene, as well as his dedication to exploring diverse genres and techniques.

Whether performing in intimate venues or larger stages, Matt’s drumming brings energy and precision to every performance. His passion for music and commitment to his art make him a standout figure in the Seattle-Tacoma drumming community.



A 2025 City of Chicago Individual Artists Program awardee, Brian Citro’s been playing and writing music on the guitar for 30 years. He studied with Fareed Haque and is a longtime member of The Drastics. He’s performed and toured with JC Brooks and the Uptown Sound, Ted Sirota’s Heavyweight Dub!, Ackah Blay in Ghana, and many others. Brian’s jazz quartet features Nick Mazzarella, Quin Kirchner, and Matt Ulery, and he co-leads The Hey Lows with multi-instrumentalist Lance Loiselle. Other projects include short video works with award-winning poet (and his uncle) Christopher Citro. Brian is also a human rights lawyer. He’s lived, worked, and played music in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

Alain Mazijn (Oostende 1960) is mede aanstichter van radio stad in Antwerpen in 1981.
40 jaar maakt hij geen radio meer.
Als jonge cabaretier is hij samen met Hans de Booij het muziektheaterduo CIRCUS STUPIDO.
Als horecaman start hij in Antwerpen tussen 1980 en 1991 de stadskroeg, het swingcafé en grand café salto mortale.
Als festivalpromotor van het Nederlandstalige lied organiseert hij tussen 1988 en 2007 het festival pop Vlaanderen op 10 en 11 juli op de groenplaats in Antwerpen.
Vanaf 2007 maakt hij muziek en teksttheaterproducties voor het productiehuis BLAUW VZW, muziektheater.be
In het coronajaar 21 start hij radio prostaat op:
de Vlaamse wereldradio voor de rijpere luisteraar.
DE DRUPPEL is zijn wekelijkse radioshow met chanson, jazz, satire, parodie, sit-downcomedy en poëzie. De rest volgt. ;)
