Shaken, Not Stirred

Hardhy Lester is the edior of a Christmas Calendar podcast for the WoW Argent Dawn RP server, consisting of 25 tales written and narrated by community members.

I personally contributed with composing the intro theme for this calendar (credited to my Gnome main RP character Bertel Wobblespring), as well as I wrote an episode, which will be aired the 5th of December just after midnight.

This first episode was written by my friend who plays the Gnome Mazzy Bufferpump, and it is a beautifully whimsical tale.

What all these stories has in common, beside being set on Azeroth, is the featuring of a penguin plushie, which have some sort of role in all the stories, be it a mere short appearance or a leading role.

Bella deBarra is sure to make waves in the melodic house and techno scene, blending her background as a singer/songwriter with a serious love for music production. A highlight? Getting a track signed to Freegrant Music, which featured the rustic vocals of Ryan Thomson from Scotland, showing off her knack for storytelling through sound. 

Her DJ career kicked off with a bang at Above & Beyond's Group Therapy tour in Dublin, leading to gigs in Belfast, Dublin and other towns alongside some of the biggest names in the industry. When lockdown hit, she kept the vibe alive with cool live streams, including a standout set at VDJ's festival in California, proving her adaptability and creative spark.

Hanging out with key figures in the electronic music scene over the years and hosting her own radio show for online station ‘Biggest Disco Radio’ in 2023 has really shaped Bella's sound & drive in life. 

Her studies in music production and composition have given her a solid technical base, which she uses to create her soundscapes. Plus, her past experience as an A&R and marketing manager for renowned Irish record label ‘Full Tilt Recordings’ and being on a top Dutch artist roster ‘Omega Artists’, has given her the inside scoop on the music biz. Bella is now with a new PR/bookings team in the Netherlands ‘We are One Agency’ & she’s ready to take her music to the next level, reaching audiences worldwide.

Growing up in Strabane, surrounded by a music driven family involved in the local brass band, Bella developed a deep respect for music's power. Playing the cornet and learning music theory early on fueled her passion for creating immersive sound experiences. As she keeps honing her unique sound, Bella deBarra invites you to dive into her world of innovative, emotional, and top-quality electronic music.
