I found this file during the holiday, unfinished and sitting on the desktop of a computer that I was using while I was traveling between Va, NY and LA a couple of years ago. Attempting to help way too many people before helping myself. 

When people come into your life wanting only good times and don't respect the time you need to spend sitting alone with yourself and being dedicated to your family, it's time to gnaw off your arm and move on from the wolf trap.

I can hear the extreme pain in my voice from having loved and lost, while losing a parent at the same time. I'm happy that I'm no longer in the same space today, but what a wild ride it was on the in between. Eh eff it, journaling, right?
