Network Marketing is a great way to start building an income from home outside of what you are currently doing because it allows you to start with very little investment and very little risk.   In this episode, we're going to be talking about multiple streams of income and where to start. Have you ever wanted to make more money and just not sure what to do?&nbsp;   You know that more hours at your job isn't the answer, and you know that you can only have so many traditional businesses. So what do you do next? What do you do moving forward to start to shift, to start to make money, either through investing or becoming a business owner?   Well, there's a couple of things that you can do:    I believe that for the average person, the easiest way to start to earn extra money is through either affiliate or network marketing. Get paid a percentage of every sale you make of a product or service that is already built. You can become affiliated with multiple businesses.     You can become a coach, which we have a turnkey business for. There's lots of coach certifications that you can take that will get you going in the right direction.     You can monetize your expertise by actually selling mentorship or masterminds or creating retreats or any other online program.     Trade cryptocurrency or become affiliated with educational platforms.     You can sell courses online, this generates steady income and you can generate multiple ones.       Now, the key is you have to start something, right? You have a full time job or business but you must start somewhere. Why do I think multiple streams of income is important? It is because if something happens to one or two of those streams of income, your family is still secure in the knowledge that there is money flowing towards you through other streams.   So, hopefully that gives you a little peek into the world of multiple streams of income. I want to break it down so that you understand it's not really a mystery. Episode 15 - Multiple Streams of Income and Where to Start

"Our dreams, I believe, are always knocking at the door of our heart, and it can actually cause dissension because we are not thinking about them directly. But our souls try to communicate to us that there's more to life than what we're doing."   So, today's episode, we're talking about how you can ignite your creativity. How would you like to feel on fire for your life? To actually be in love with the process?   I was privileged to be introduced to a book called The Four Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss. What I love about the book is that he really approaches his business from how do we work way less and get way more results?   I want to show you one of the things that I did to regain my passion and my purpose in life.   In one of the chapters, he talked about writing a list of 300 goals. Now, I don't know if you've done this before, but what a powerful exercise. I thought, “OK, Tim, I'll take you up on that challenge.” I got out my paper and pen and I started writing down goals. Well, the first like 20 or 30 came pretty easily, then you really start to dig deep within yourself.   As I went through that list, I was able to make it to 210 goals on a list. I picked five goals in that list that I can do, those that weren't too big because I didn't want to fail at them.&nbsp;   So I started to execute on those goals. Well, what happened was my creativity was almost instantly ignited as I was writing the goals. I was getting more and more excited about my life, my future, and what was possible for me. In this episode, Shelagh shares her biggest obstacles that she had to overcome going from that spot to where she is right now with a thriving business:    “The biggest learning I had was that it's actually quite expensive to run a company”     “The biggest mistake that I made right when I started charging was I wasn't charging enough to actually run a company, and I was only charging for the hour that I worked, not the 2 hours prep that I had done the hour post, the cost of having a website, having some softwares, I wasn't taking into account all of those things.”     “Another mistake is I didn't pay my tax account and pay off that credit card right away and at 18% to 22% interest, you know, money's going to go one of two ways. It's either going to snowball into huge profits if you're investing or it's going to snowball into huge debt.     “Another one of the biggest learnings was figuring out what it was that I was teaching and putting it into my unique process and then being able to turn that into group programs and that's where I have focused for the last probably six years. Now, here's a couple quick tips on making that happen:    Allow for your authentic self to show up on social media.&nbsp;     Think about how you think about your social media? Are you trying to get it perfect and make it look pretty? Or are you actually talking to the one person, the one person that you want to attract as a client or customer?     Identify your ideal client: how old are they? Are they male or female? What do they need from you? What do they need in life? Where are they at? What do they enjoy? Where do they shop?&nbsp;       The clearer you get on your ideal client, the clear your messaging will get, and the more attractive you will become on social media. So let's talk about some of the things you can do to become a marketing superstar:    Quantity matters. We all know that social media has an algorithm and that each platform is slightly different. you're going to have to create shareable content that is trending, a little bit entertaining, a little bit educational and maybe two to three posts a day to really get your account firing. Episode 18 - How to Become a Marketing Superstar

"Adopt the idea that you're actually supposed to be wealthy. It's not a side note or that there's something wrong with you, but in reality, you're supposed to be wealthy, you were born to build wealth. You were born to do business. You were born to do it. So, if you are born to do it,&nbsp; doesn't that change the dynamic away from guilt and shame around feeling like you want to do it?"   In today's episode, we're going to do something a little different. We're going to talk about how you overcome the guilt and shame of past problems or mistakes that you feel like you made and actually break through to the next level.   I’ve made so many mistakes in my life in the past and I was carrying a lot of shame in my life. That shame was attached to all kinds of things, financial losses, financial mistakes that I had made, jobs that I had gotten and quit, boyfriends that I had dated and broken up with and all the other things.   Let's talk about how we really create a double minded situation in our world. When we want to have wealth we desire to have a lot of money. But at the same time, we feel like maybe we aren't worthy.   That feeling like you're working all the time and you're working for money that you don't have yet. And you're trying to build your social media. You're trying to do sales, you're trying to get clients, but it's just not working quite yet.   And so you don't have the money to prove it to yourself that it's going to work. And so that's usually when the doubt, the shame, the fear, the guilt sets in. So here's a couple of things that you can do to calm patterns that combat that in your own life:    There is a scripture actually in the Bible called Proverbs 31 - it talks about how a woman is supposed to have business, run her household, trade spices, meaning products, buy land, invest in real estate, plant vineyards, and create cash flowing out.     Adopt the idea that you're actually supposed to be wealthy, not that that's a side note.     Set healthy boundaries with yourself and with others. If you are born on a day and you die on a day, what do you want the dash in the middle to mean to you? Do you want to leave a legacy of wealth for your kids?     Wealth can be anything. Wealth can be money, love, experience or anything else and so define for yourself what wealth looks like. We can make that really look any way we want. So how do you want yours to look?     Forgive yourself. You have a list of mistakes and things that you feel like you've done wrong or failed, that it's really really important that you forgive yourself.     Realize who you are.
