Toadstool - Human Carnage EP (Andhakara Records)

In Focus this time is Lucas Nassar aka Toadstool, a producer from Brazil. He started studying Ableton live in 2010, and since then he has been experimenting with a lot different and weird sound designs. In 2013 he graduated from Yellow DJ School, further improving his mixing skills. In mid 2014 he started his Toadstool project with the intention of making a dark and dynamic sound without limitations to bpm, full of ambience, leads, striking basslines and a schizophrenic flow. Transforming all the bizarre repression of the system into frequencies and inner freedom, "living the extreme side". This mix titled 'A Tale of Toadstool' contains his performance playing Ableton live, the way he mixes, new and older tracks, also some collabs with other artists and friends. The concept is to provide something that throws everything that is trapped inside us into the shape of music, dance, humor and protest.

The man stared. Five crystal cubes were melting in a pool of fire as his eyes widened with joy. The flames towered over him in response to his sacrifice, pushing his tired body to the ground. The strange figure leaned towards the adventurer and chattered frequencies into the air, creating a brilliant symphony of pure, passionate sound. As the trees danced amongst the birth of new vibrations, the powerful being reached out his hand and said, “come, let me take you on a journey”.

Result of a man-alien interaction, Symbiosis is an evolutionary process that occurs from the birth of human consciousness. Druidum is originally from Highland in the middle of the Czech Republic. In 2012 I started mixing psychedelic, atmospheric sounds keeping the connection with nature and the universe. During the years I educed my style from slower morning forest sound to faster and experimental positions. 
In 2015 I joined Scared Evil records and decide to play even more raw electronics. In live performance, I like to use live sampling and add new layers with organic sounds, healing binaural frequencies, dark ambient fields, or percussions.

Paulo Laércio aka Dubvibes, é paraense da Ilha do Mosqueiro e apresenta seu projeto criado a partir de um incentivo à mais cultura psicodélica na Ilha de Mosqueiro-PA. Iniciou sua jornada artística em 2012 produzindo músicas para emuladores e animações em Flash. Autodidata por natureza, buscou aprender mais sobre música eletrônica para pistas, originando assim o começo de um trabalho nas zonas praianas da ilha dêsde o ano de 2015 tocado Dubstep. Após um tempo sendo influenciado pelos estilos Hard Electro e Synthwave veio no ano de 2018 com as primeiras criações saindo em uma Coletânea Independente de Dubstep - In Love Island, divulgando sua primeira música autoral. Em 2019 conheceu novas vertentes como Darkpsy, Hi-Tech e Psycore, e em 2020 iniciou as primeiras produções dentro desses estilos, abraçando o psycore, emmotionpsy e estudando o Forestcore.
