Episode 109 - The Children of Húrin Part 5/6 (Three Great Tales of the Elder Days Series)

The game jam called for a piece indicative of Sunrise and since I had not done anything for the Silmarillion list around this in-universe period of time other than the actual crossing of the Helcaraxë up to Mereth Aderthad, I decided "ok here let's do this".

The map of Beleriand in this variant was done by NoobShyCo of DeviantArt and his roommate (Antoine Becquet) in about 2012.  It is altered to a Mercator projection by myself and made two earlier appearances (release CXXXVII and CCXLVI)

I liked the result of doing the Mercator and realized suddenly that the bend of ancient Arda's geometry matched this end product, if we pretend that the Chasm of Ilmen was the black space at the extreme left beyond the diagonal bound of the projection.

It would have been more proper to draw some remainder of Araman's coast personally but time constraints didn't permit.

Az egyik ilyen Éowyn, Rohan harcos leánya, aki Théoden király ápolójából a Nazgûlok Urának veszte lett. Kalandos utat járt be, míg Meduseldből eljutott Pelennor mezejére, és Aragornt Faramirra cserélte.🐴

Ismerd meg Éowyn teljes történetét, és nyerj betekintést azokba az időkbe, mikor Aragorn még viszont szerette, de a Boszorkányúr mégis végzett vele.🧙‍♂️

I don't hold that against you in the least bit.  Here's my revision after 18 months of thinking about it.  Starting a bit farther back to where High King Fingon gets stomped and finishing with the wind at the sunset of the sixth day.

nice to have the 400th track (counting in the Alpha remasters) be a Silmarillion piece like the 1st one and the 100th one.
