About Wellyngton Martins:

Wellyngton Martins is a progressive house DJ and producer whose relationship with music began early in childhood through exposure to instruments and musical fundamentals, developing a sensitive ear and a strong foundation that continues to shape his work today.

Since 2016, he has consistently explored and tested electronic music, initially within the psy trance scene, where he developed an understanding of flow, continuity, and the way musical energy evolves over time. As his sound matured, his focus naturally shifted toward progressive house.

His work is guided by hypnotic grooves, long progressions, and subtle tension, prioritising continuous narratives and musical journeys that unfold gradually.

His beginnings in electronic music date back to 1990, the year the English band Depeche Mode released Violator, an album that would mark a turning point in his musical tastes.

By the age of 16, he was already spinning vinyls on Technics SL-1200 mk2 turntables. His passion for exquisite dance music led him to become the resident DJ @ Nican, a nightclub in his hometown.

His current playlists of deep and organic house at low tempos are ideal for informal events on rooftops and at beach clubs, creating magical moments with countless unofficial remixes of well-known artists, perfect for painting sunsets with memories. His smooth mixes, with long and elegant loops, make his sets a truly enjoyable listening experience.

After his performance at the Closing Party @ Monkey Beach Club Ibiza in October 2023, and his more than 70 sets as resident DJ in Lloret de Mar (GI), in April 2025 he releases his podcast Forever Lost every Monday and Thursday, a show focused in the newest progressive house music.

In July 2025 he starts as resident DJ on Cross Land Music, a recognized spanish label releasing fresh deep house. His new show Moments is aired every Tuesday at 5pm CET on www.crosslandmusic.com

Constantly evolving as a professional DJ, he has performed at Ruta N2, FlyClub, Room9 and The Supermercat, where he recently presented his Lost! Barcelona party.

BIO
‘EL1AX’ is the techno/progressive moniker of Elias Attumally, under which he produces deep progressive house, melodic techno and electronica. Hailing from Kerala (IN), Elias drew inspiration from legendary trance acts such as Above & Beyond, Paul van Dyk and Paul Oakenfold during his formative years as a music producer. In early 2010s, as a self-taught music producer, Elias used to produce trance under the alias ‘Juvelis’ with which he got signed to the trance/progressive house imprint Intricate Records (Russia) in 2014 before taking a break from music.

After a 6-year hiatus, in 2020 Elias launched his new moniker 'EL1AX' having acquired a new love for the deeper side of electronic music. Drawing inspiration from techno/progressive maestros such as Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo, Laurent Garnier, John Digweed, Paul Kalkbrenner and Patrice Baumel (to name a few) Elias has carved his own unique sound that combines intricate percussive grooves with driving basslines and trippy organic elements.

Since the launch of 'EL1AX', Elias has signed with some of the finest record labels in the deep progressive house / melodic techno scene namely - Pure Progressive (2022), Juicebox Music (2021), Soundteller Records (2021, 2022) and Laika Sounds (2022). His productions have received support & feedback from the likes of Paul Oakenfold, Solarstone, GMJ, Forerunners, Enamour, Wassu, Ziger, Praveen Achary and Savvas to name a few. His debut EP 'Rainier' also peaked at #15 on Beatport's Progressive House Releases chart. As a DJ, Elias has performed as an opening act for Solarstone, Jody Wisternoff, Fatum, Joseph Ray, Anyasa, WASSU, Öona Dahl, Black Circle and Maxim Lany, in Seattle, USA.
